Role Description
This is a full-time role for a CDL A Truck Driver based in near Houston, TX. The CDL A Truck Driver will be responsible for transporting goods, maintaining logs of working hours, and ensuring the safe loading and unloading of cargo. The driver will adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, perform pre-trip and post-trip truck inspections, and communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members. This job requires 3-5 day work with weekend home for the reset.
Qualifications
Valid CDL A driver's license
Experience with long-haul and regional driving
Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety practices
Ability to handle and maneuver heavy loads
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and adhere to schedules
Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
Minimum 1year experience required.
