Role Description
We are hiring for full-time and part-time on-site positions for Mortgage Loan Officers. Our office is located in Troy, MI. The Loan Officer will be responsible for assisting clients with their mortgage needs, analyzing financial information, recommending suitable mortgage products, and driving sales growth.
Day-to-day responsibilities include attaining and evaluating loan applications from prospects, analyzing borrowers’ financial situations, preparing complete loan files for underwriting, and maintaining clear communication with clients throughout the process.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service, Critical Thinking, and Problem-Solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience as a Loan Officer with knowledge of the Mortgage Industry (not necessary, but a plus)
- Proficiency with mortgage loan software (is a plus)
