- Set appointments or transfer warm prospects to licensed loan officers
- Log calls and outcomes accurately in the CRM
- Maintain compliance with calling regulations and company standards

Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Dependable, punctual, and results-focused
