What You Will Do
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of porters across multiple locations to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Conduct regular inspections of all buildings within the region to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Address and resolve issues that arise during shifts, across all locations.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate porters to maintain high performance standards region-wide.
- Develop and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing at all locations.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to porters at multiple sites.
- Handle administrative tasks such as reporting, documentation, and communication with regional and senior management.
- Maintain and manage the stock of cleaning supplies and equipment across the region.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all sites.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth regional operations.
- From time to time, assist with porter tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and minor technical issues when necessary to support the team at any location.
- Travel between locations is needed to provide on-site supervision and support.

- Proven work experience as a Porter, Janitor, Custodian, or in a supervisory role within a similar environment, preferably with experience managing multiple locations.
- Hands-on experience with industrial cleaning equipment.
- Ability to lift over 50 Lbs.
- Familiarity with security regulations.
- Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with staff, technicians, and customers.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Bilingual English & Spanish A MUST
