- Manage office operations, including ordering and maintaining supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming client inquiries and visitors.
- Support office leadership and project teams with scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
- Assist with preparation of proposals, qualifications packages, and marketing materials.
- Assist with onboarding new hires, including organizing and providing orientation.
- Plan, support, and coordinate office events, such as team-building activities, client presentations, and holiday gatherings.
- Oversee logistics for conferences, workshops, and industry-related events.
- Software Skills including MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Typing is a must. Excellent communication skills.
