INTERNSHIP OBJECTIVES: 

The Streaming Growth and Partnerships (SG&P) Intern will support the SG&P Team in building, optimizing, and automating scalable Airtable solutions, process improvements, and developing Power BI reports and dashboards. The primary goal of this internship is to gain hands-on experience with Airtable and Power BI while learning how workflows and integrations build efficient, user-friendly data tracking and reporting solutions. This intern will collaborate closely with the Business Intelligence Intern and team on Power BI and Airtable related projects.  

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Partner with the Business Intelligence Team to support data ingestion, reporting, and dashboard development in Power BI. 

• Design, implement advanced Airtable features, including interfaces, linked records, dual-synced tables, views, forms, and formula fields. 

• Build and manage Airtable workflows and automations using pre-built modules and custom JavaScript scripts. 

• Evaluate existing SG&P workflows to identify opportunities for optimization, efficiency, and automation.  

• Support large-scale data integration and process automation projects while providing clear documentation. 

• Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex data challenges and deliver scalable solutions 

• Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and usability across all systems. 

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Rising Junior or Senior currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (students who have graduated are not eligible) 

• Information Systems, Data Analytics, or similar major 

• Previous internship experience preferred 

• Exposure to Airtable, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools (via coursework and/or projects) 

• Experience with automation tools or scripting (ex. JavaScript, Python) is preferred 

• Solid understanding of data workflows, integrations, and report building 

• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills 

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills 

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks 

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage time effectively 

• General knowledge of the media business (strongly preferred)
