Your Impact
- Supervise and manage the Project Architect and project team to ensure high-quality construction documents.
- Responsible for delivering projects on schedule and within established budget parameters.
- Organize and direct architectural and/or engineering teams to complete project tasks in an orderly, timely, and coordinated manner.
- Lead, organize, and mentor junior staff while providing oversight of assigned tasks and deliverables.
- Responsible for maintaining positive client relationships throughout project lifecycle and ensuring clients are consistently apprised of project progress.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
- Support Client Executive and/or Principal Architect in supervision and delegation of work.
- Lead Construction administration jobsite meetings with contractors and owners.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field
- 8 years of professional architecture experience
- Exhibit strong and professional communication skills (verbal and written) to assign and coordinate work with staff, consultants, and vendors.
- Demonstrate strong decision‑making capabilities, including the use of sound judgment, clear articulation of reasoning, appropriate stakeholder involvement, and timely execution.
- Proficiency in Revit
- Possesses strong customer service skills along with excellent organizational abilities
- Knowledge of building codes
- Architecture license
