Collegiate Interior Design Intern

The Interior Design Intern will support the team by organizing materials, creating finish boards, and assisting in the preparation of construction documents and design presentations. This role involves effective coordination and communication with team members while managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in Interior Design, proficient in Revit, and eager to develop strong technical, organizational, and creative skills.

Your Impact

• Ordering and organization materials
• Creating finish material boards
• Preparing project construction documents and design presentations
• Coordinating and communicating effectively with team members to support the preparation and development of project documents.
  
  

Here’s What You’ll Need

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Interior Design
• Must demonstrate proficiency in Revit
• Ability to use InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp or other 3D Modeling, Animation, Rendering computer graphics programs a plus.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

The actual offered base salary for California locations will vary depending on factors such as individual qualifications, education, experience, skills, job-related knowledge, work location, and internal equity. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role will be at or near the top half of the range provided, but the decision will be dependent on the factors of each individual case. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation in the form of discretionary bonuses in addition to base salary and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits. The salary range for this position is below.

$44,000.00 - $66,000.00
