Our engineers have extensive experience and knowledge of structural engineering for education (K-12 and Higher Ed), commercial, religious, healthcare, sports & entertainment, hospitality, retail, and federal/government projects. A Structural BIM Designer is responsible for creating and producing structural drawings, plans, and detailed sheets in alignment with project requirements and BIM standards. This role involves reviewing engineering redlines, ensuring accuracy in drawings, and collaborating with engineers, architects, consultants, and project stakeholders to address coordination issues. Your Impact: Produce or create structural drawings Produce or create structural plan and detail sheets Review engineering redlines and mark-ups and ensure all items have been picked up prior to any issuance Review the work of other BIM and engineering personnel to ensure accuracy and conformance to design requirements Collaborate with engineers, architects, consultants, owners, etc. to resolve various coordination items as required throughout the life of the project Perform work assignments in accordance with the required project scope, timeline, and per all adopted BIM standards for Kubala Engineers Here’s What You’ll Need: 4 years of experience in professional drafting Bachelor's Degree Preferred but not Required Experience in structures for building Proficient in REVIT Structural, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Excellent communication skills At PBK, the most accomplished and passionate architects, engineers, and thought leaders are working together to shape the future.
