This role is responsible for overseeing contractor performance, driving issue resolution, managing program resources, and ensuring delivery quality across all assigned initiatives.
The Program Manager will evaluate operational, technical, and business inputs to develop and execute effective delivery strategies based on mission priorities, stakeholder requirements, program risks, and industry best practices.

Required Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience leading enterprise IT programs, systems integration efforts, or large-scale technology operations within complex federal environments.
- Experience managing enterprise modernization, infrastructure support, or mission-critical systems across mixed technology platforms.
- Experience supporting federal law enforcement, homeland security, or other mission-driven federal environments.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale federal programs involving multiple technical teams, stakeholders, and integrated workstreams.
- Strong experience managing full lifecycle program delivery including planning, execution, governance, reporting, and operational oversight.
- Demonstrated experience managing Agile programs and coordinating delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives or product teams.
- Experience with enterprise systems integration, modernization initiatives, and cross-functional solution delivery.
- Ability to define and implement solutions that bridge business operations, mission objectives, and technical requirements.
- Experience monitoring program execution, identifying operational risks or schedule deviations, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Experience conducting continuous risk assessment, mitigation planning, escalation management, and performance monitoring.
- Experience managing program budgets, staffing, subcontractors, resource allocation, and contractual performance requirements.
- Experience overseeing configuration management processes including change control, audits, status accounting, documentation management, and governance compliance.
- Experience utilizing project and requirements management tools to support delivery tracking, reporting, and program transparency.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder engagement, and executive presentation skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in high-visibility, mission-critical, and fast-paced operational environments.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Experience supporting federal modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting programs operating under federal security, compliance, or governance frameworks.
- Active federal clearance or ability to obtain one preferred.
