PBG Financial Services, PLLC is looking for an experienced high-level tax professional to join our growing team and develop within our midsized public accounting firm. You will have the opportunity to lead and mentor staff, manage complex engagements, and play a key role in client relationships—all within a collaborative, family-oriented firm environment. You will be responsible for:
• Preparing and reviewing individual, corporate, partnership, estate, and trust tax returns
• Assisting with and leading corporate, individual, estate, and business tax planning engagements
• Working closely with clients to provide proactive, tax strategies before year-end closings
• Monitoring new and developing tax legislation and communicating updates to clients and firm leadership
• Mentoring and supervising staff and senior accountants to ensure high-quality work and professional growth

Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in accounting, finance, or related field
• CPA or EA designation required
• Master’s in Taxation or other advanced degree a plus
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive tax experience in public accounting
• Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax codes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple client engagements
