Responsible for planning, budgeting, compliance, and execution of storage tank, cooling tower, and integrity programs. Ensures safe, reliable, and cost-effective inspection, maintenance, repair, and capital project delivery in alignment with regulatory and company standards.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Program Planning & Budgeting
- Develop and maintain long-term maintenance and inspection plans for tanks, cooling towers, and associated systems
- Prepare and manage annual expense and capital budgets
- Develop and process AFE requests with supporting documentation
- Maintain outage schedules and repair forecasts
- Coordinate equipment removal from service, cleaning, and inspection prep
- Develop confined space entry plans and ensure safe execution
- Oversee repairs, hydrotesting, and return-to-service activities
- Support field execution of maintenance and emergency work
- Develop scopes of work, schedules, and work packages
- Lead bid processes and contractor selection with Procurement
- Manage contractors, materials, and project execution
- Ensure projects meet safety, cost, quality, and schedule expectations
- Lead cross-functional meetings with Operations, Inspection, Environmental, and Engineering
- Provide weekly and monthly status updates and reports
- Coordinate tank calibration, documentation, and reporting
- Support safe work practices and compliance with company standards
- 5 years in maintenance, construction, or project management
- Experience with tank, cooling tower, or mechanical integrity programs
- Knowledge of API-653, DOT, and environmental regulations
- Experience managing budgets, contractors, and outage work
- Refinery, petrochemical, or terminal experience
- Project management or engineering background
- Experience with reliability or turnaround planning
- Strong field leadership and coordination skills
