Athletic Recovery Sales Representative (Part-Time, On-Site)

This part-time Field Sales & Studio Associate role pays $20/hour, plus commission on memberships and referral partnerships you generate. You will split your time between visiting local sports and fitness organizations to build referral relationships and working in-studio so you can confidently explain and demonstrate our recovery services.

We’re looking for someone with proven sales experience who is energized by walking into a gym, club, or pickleball court, starting conversations, and creating win–win referral partnerships.

You’ll work in a high-energy sports and recovery environment, hosting owners, coaches, and athletes as they experience our sauna, red light, compression, PEMF, and cold plunge services.

This part-time Field Sales & Studio Associate role pays $20/hour plus performance pay on every account you open. For each new qualifying membership sale, you will earn an upfront commission and an ongoing residual. We also offer bonuses and benefits including use of the facilities including all recovery equipment, cold plunge, sauna ,red light, compression boots, PEMF and EWOT..

PB RESET Studio is a recovery and performance studio inside PowerPlay Pickleball in Carson, designed for pickleball players, runners, cyclists, and fitness enthusiasts who want faster recovery, less pain, and better performance. Our services include dry sauna, red light salt therapy, compression boots, PEMF therapy, cold plunge, and more, all focused on helping active people get back on the court and into their sport feeling stronger.

Role overview

• Part-time 1099 role at $20/hour, with additional commission opportunity for driving new referral relationships and membership sales.
• Between 8-15 hours a week (very flexible)

Split between:

• In-studio meetings with prospects, talking to members, and hosting people you invite in.
• Outside B2B sales calling on athletic facilities, sports clubs and sports teams to build referral partnerships.

Start date:

Immediately, with room for advancement and higher earning potential as referral volume grows.

What you’ll be doing

Visit and build relationships with:

• Athletic and sports performance facilities
• Gyms, training studios, running and cycling clubs
• Municipal pickleball courts and clubs in the area

Talk with owners/managers/coaches about PB RESET Studio’s recovery services and invite them in for a complimentary “experience everything” session so they can try sauna, cold plunge, compression, PEMF, and more.

Set up simple referral/affiliate relationships where:

• The businesses you visit send their members to PB RESET Studio for recovery.
• You earn commission for all referred memberships sold.
• The Affiliates (Sports Teams) you contract with will earn a referral fee for sending their members to us.

Meet prospects at PB RESET Studio inside PowerPlay Pickleball (19401 S Main St, Carson, CA) to:

• You may greet members and guests, give overviews of services, ask for referrals and sell more memberships.
• Host the business owners and players you met in the field when they come in for their first visits.

Do light local driving to visit clubs, courts, and gyms in the surrounding communities.

Who this is perfect for?

• You’re comfortable in athletic and fitness environments and understand training, recovery, stretching, and modalities like compression, PEMF, sauna, cold plunge, and red light.
• You are comfortable in athletic settings where you and others are wearing bathing suits are going in saunas and cold plunges. (no nudity)
• You have a strong sales background, ideally in B2B or outside sales, and you’re comfortable walking into a gym or club, introducing yourself, and starting a conversation.
• You are a self-starter who can work independently in the field, manage your own schedule, and follow through on leads and partnerships.
• You like being in a live, energetic environment (pickleball club recovery studio) and enjoy talking with athletes and active adults.

Basic requirements

• 8-15 hours week to start. More hours are possible based on your success at selling memberships.
• Part-time availability, you set your hours. You are able to work when our Studio is closed. Prospects are available 7 days a week across different sports and venues.
• Reliable transportation for local travel to gyms, clubs, and pickleball courts.
• Comfort with simple tech: text/email follow-up, basic scheduling tools, and tracking your outreach and visits.
• Responsible for their own phones or computers.
• Eligibility to work as a 1099 independent contractor, understanding that pay is hourly plus commission and residuals for performance.
• We are located in Carson with easy access right next to the freeway near the Goodyear Blimp facility.
