About the family:
A wonderful family is seeking two reliable, flexible, and caring nannies to provide full-time support for their growing family! With both parents working in the medical field, they need a dependable and proactive childcare team they can count on—especially during long shifts or when one of the children is sick.
They are looking to build long-term relationships with nannies who are experienced in caring for both infants and toddlers simultaneously, and who enjoy supporting children’s growth through developmental play, outdoor adventures, and engaging activities.
About the Role:
This is a dual-nanny position designed to share coverage for approximately 60–65 hours/week (A Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6 a.m.-6 p.m.shift and a Tuesday/Thursday 6 a.m.-6 p.m. shift). Shifts will be scheduled to ensure consistent care from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with 1 weekend of coverage per month. Candidates must be open to a long-term commitment and highly dependable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide loving care for an infant and toddler
- Bottle feeding, naps, meals
- Prepare meals/snacks for toddler and help with family meal prep (if you enjoy cooking!)
- Plan enriching, developmentally appropriate activities and outings
- Support milestones and learning through play
- Occasionally assist with family assistant or household management tasks
Light Housekeeping (Child-Related):
- Children’s laundry
- Tidying children’s bedrooms and play areas
- Children's dishes
- Keeping shared spaces clean and organized
What They’re Looking For:
- Significant experience with infants and toddlers simultaneously
- Confident planning outings and age-appropriate developmental play
- Excellent communication, flexibility, and problem-solving skills
- Safe and reliable driver with a clean record, license, insurance, and registration
- Willingness to travel with the family occasionally
- Open to long-term commitment—ideally several years
- Comfortable working when the children are occasionally sick
- Fully vaccinated
- Bilingualis a plus! (Not required)
