Part-Time Nanny Needed – Incline Village, NV 89451 – Start ASAP
A wonderful family in Incline Village is seeking a professional, flexible, and nurturing part-time nanny for their 1-year-old son. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced caregiver to join a close-knit household and provide exceptional care in a warm, stimulating, and structured environment.
Compensation
Legal W-2 pay with benefits including PTO, sick pay, holiday pay, overtime, gas mileage reimbursement, and all travel accommodations covered.
Schedule
This role requires open availability for date nights during the week, weekends, and occasional domestic and international travel. The family can guarantee 20–40 hours per week based on your availability and commitment.
About the Family
This thoughtful, high-net-worth family values flexibility, professionalism, and nurturing care. Parents work from home and are looking for a nanny who can grow with their child over the years. Fluent Spanish is a huge plus.
The Ideal Candidate
A professional nanny with experience caring for infants and toddlers, especially in high-net-worth households. Knowledge of early childhood education and development is essential. Must be dependable, flexible, organized, and able to travel internationally on short notice.
Responsibilities
- Provide full-time, attentive care for a 1-year-old
- Implement age-appropriate developmental activities
- Maintain consistent routines for feeding, naps, and playtime
- Travel domestically and internationally with the family as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding the child’s progress and needs
- Order necessary baby supplies (family funds provided)
Light Housekeeping Includes
- Baby dishes and laundry
- Keeping the nursery organized and the diaper pail empty
- Tidying play areas and toys
Qualifications
- Professional nanny experience with infants
- Knowledge of early childhood education and development
- Ability to travel internationally and flexibility in schedule
- Dependable, organized, and professional
- Must have a current passport and a reliable vehicle
- Bilingual is a strong plus
- Ability to commit to at least one year, ideally longer
