We are seeking motivated Owner Operators to join our dynamic transportation team! As an Owner Operator, you will leverage your expertise and independence to deliver freight efficiently and safely across various routes. Duties

• Safely operate tractor-trailers, including manual transmission trucks, across designated routes while adhering to all safety regulations and traffic laws
• Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or roll-off trucks, ensuring cargo integrity and safety
• Transport refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, or dump trucks depending on the specific freight type
• Manage route driving efficiently to meet delivery schedules while maintaining fuel efficiency and vehicle safety
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle maintenance and compliance with safety standards
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery status, route adjustments, or issues encountered during transit
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, load details, and delivery documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements

Skills

• Proven experience in truck driving, especially with tractor-trailers and commercial vehicles
• Proficiency in operating manual transmission trucks with a focus on precision driving skills
• Familiarity with various trailer types including refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, and roll-off trucks
• Ability to load & unload freight safely using forklifts or other equipment as needed
• Strong understanding of route planning and route driving best practices for timely deliveries
• Excellent driving record with a focus on safety and compliance with transportation regulations
• Physical capability to handle freight loading/unloading tasks and perform routine vehicle inspections

Pay: $2,000.00 - $4,000.00 per week
