Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair

- Manage POS system for accurate order processing and cash handling

Experience
- Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or fine dining environment
- Extensive knowledge of beverage recipes, wine varieties, and cocktail techniques
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining quality service
- Experience in food handling, food safety standards, and responsible alcohol service practices
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management
- Knowledge of beverage development trends, wine pairing, and mixology innovations
