CONSTRUCTION WORKERS WANTED: Job Sites range all around the San Antonio and Austin areas
- NO EXPERIENCE EMPLOYEE STARTING AT $16.00 TO $17.00/HOUR
- GENERAL LABOR EMPLOYEE STARTING AT $17.00 to $18.00/HOUR
- SKILLED UTILITY EMPLOYEE STARTING AT $18.00 to $19.00/HOUR
- LEAD MAN EMPLOYEE STARTING AT $19.00 to $20.00/HOUR
Payton Construction Inc. is a general contracting company that has specialized in both water and wastewater facility construction for the past 30 years. We self perform concrete work, mechanical piping, and civil excavation work.
We are currently in search of a motivated individual to fill the positions of GENERAL CONSTRUCTION WORKERS AND SKILLED UTILITY CONSTRUCTION WORKERS.
There is opportunity for promotions and payment ranges depending on experience and skill level.
The daily task for this position are:
- Concrete Forming
- Rebar Placement
- Concrete Placement and Finish
- Above and Below Ground Pipe Installation
- Heavy Equipment Operation
- Excavation, Backfill, and Grade Work
The Position comes with the following:

Normal Hours are Monday thru Friday, 7:00 AM to approximately 5:00 PM
Job Sites range all around the San Antonio and Austin areas and projects can last anywhere from 3 months to 1 and a half years. The most current projects are in San Marcos, New Braunfels, Schertz, Dripping Springs, and Spicewood Texas

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
