What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Recreation Clerk (Non Benefited) position at Payson City?
DUTIES: Under general supervision of the Recreation Director and direct supervision of the Administrative Assistant, creates various recreation documents, receives and handles telephone calls and walk-in public with a high level of external/internal customer service, receives payments and deposits tills, handles routine correspondence, general filing, processing computer input, coding and data entry. Performs other related clerical duties as it relates to the Recreation Department.
QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and six months clerical or related training. Experience: Requires one year prior experience in job-related secretarial or business related activities with demonstrated competence.
Certificates/Licenses: Requires a valid Utah Driver's License.
SALARY: $14.00 to $20.00 per hour depending on qualifications
SCHEDULE: 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday and Tuesday; may occasionally be required to work hours outside of regular schedule.
