RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process payroll accurately and on time
• Answer client questions by phone and email
• Build strong relationships with assigned clients
• Assist businesses with payroll changes and reporting
• Work closely with teammates to solve problems
• Learn payroll laws and best practices through training

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Payroll experience is helpful but not required. We are happy to train the right person.
• Minimum 1 year of general office/clerical experience
• Must be experienced with MS Excel, Word and Outlook
• Unique aptitude for figures and problem-solving
• Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
• High level of professionalism and customer service skills required
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable with a strong attendance record
• Organized and dependable self-starter that can manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
