Paysign is seeking a versatile, highly analytical marketing leader to own the Company’s marketing operations and demand generation engine while supporting the go-to-market strategy for our enterprise life sciences technology solutions, including plasma donor compensation, patient affordability, and plasma collection management software.
This role owns and optimizes the marketing technology ecosystem, including the customer relationship management platform, marketing automation and email delivery, the corporate website, mobile applications, and web analytics. It also builds the reporting and analytics infrastructure that gives the executive team real-time visibility into marketing performance, pipeline health, customer engagement, and funnel conversion.
In addition, this individual advances enterprise go-to-market efforts by engaging strategic accounts, guiding prospects through the solution evaluation process, and translating complex technical capabilities into clear business value. The ideal candidate combines data-driven marketing operations expertise with a consultative, customer-facing mindset, a strong branding and messaging background, and the judgment to operate inside the regulatory constraints of a public company serving healthcare and life sciences markets.
Essential Functions
Marketing Operations and Demand Generation
- Design, build, and manage engagement workflows and execute targeted marketing campaigns, including email programs, landing pages, segmentation, and nurture streams.
- Own, configure, and optimize the marketing technology stack, including the CRM, marketing automation and email delivery platforms, corporate website, mobile applications, and web analytics.
- Develop and optimize lead scoring, grading, and nurturing strategies to improve lead quality and accelerate progression through the sales funnel.
- Manage and optimize lead flow between the CRM, website, and mobile applications, ensuring accurate routing, timely follow-up, and alignment with Sales and Business Development.
- Own brand standards, messaging architecture, and positioning across all customer-facing marketing channels.
Analytics and Reporting
- Develop, maintain, and enhance business analytics reports and dashboards providing real-time visibility into funnel performance, pipeline activity, campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and historical trends.
- Analyze CRM, digital, and customer engagement data to identify customer segments, personas, buying behaviors, lifecycle trends, and growth opportunities.
- Track and report on digital and in-person marketing channels, including trade shows and field events, and measure return on marketing investment.
Enterprise Go-to-Market
- Develop sales enablement materials, account playbooks, competitive positioning, case studies, and customer success stories supporting enterprise solution initiatives.
- Engage with enterprise customers and prospects to understand business requirements, identify solution opportunities, and connect technology capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
- Participate in executive-level customer discussions and communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both business and technical stakeholders.
- Deliver solution walkthroughs, demonstrations, presentations, proposals, and RFP responses that articulate customer value and technical capability.
- Support the full sales cycle, including opportunity identification, solution positioning, competitive analysis, proposal development, and deal progression through closure.
- Track, manage, and drive pipeline growth in alignment with business and revenue objectives.
- Contribute to thought leadership, market development, and other strategic go-to-market initiatives.
Compliance and Governance
- Ensure all outbound marketing programs comply with CAN-SPAM, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and applicable state communication and consent requirements.
- Handle donor, patient, and cardholder data in accordance with HIPAA, GLBA, and Company privacy and information security policies, and coordinate with Legal and Compliance on any use of protected health information in marketing activity.
- Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Investor Relations on public-facing communications to ensure consistency with the Company’s disclosure obligations as a publicly traded company.
- Ensure marketing supporting patient affordability programs conforms to applicable copay program, payer, and pharmaceutical manufacturer requirements.
General
- Perform other marketing operations, demand generation, or go-to-market activities as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- This position has supervisory responsibility for the Marketing team, including hiring, performance management, coaching, and development of direct reports.
- Manages agency, contractor, and vendor relationships supporting marketing operations and campaign execution.
Required Qualifications
- Highly analytical, with a proven ability to use data to explain business trends and inform strategy.
- Strong understanding of demand generation and marketing pipeline models.
- Hands-on proficiency with a major CRM platform (Salesforce or comparable) and a marketing automation or email delivery platform (SendGrid, HubSpot, Marketo, or comparable).
- Working proficiency with web analytics (Google Analytics 4 or comparable) and a business intelligence tool (Power BI, Tableau, or comparable) sufficient to build and maintain dashboards without engineering support.
- Deep understanding of go-to-market best practices and the technology and industry landscape.
- Comfortable engaging and advising senior and C-level stakeholders in large enterprise accounts.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for business audiences.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on builder mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced, cross-functional, partner-driven environment.
- Working knowledge of marketing compliance requirements, including CAN-SPAM and consent-based communication rules.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting enterprise technology solutions, advisory services, solution consulting, or technology sales.
- Domain expertise in life sciences, plasma collection, healthcare payments, or pharmaceutical patient support programs.
- Experience marketing in a regulated environment involving protected health information or financial data.
- Experience supporting a publicly traded company.
- Working knowledge of SQL or comparable query skills.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in marketing operations and demand generation within B2B markets, including at least three years leading a team.
- Demonstrated ownership of a marketing technology stack from platform selection through implementation, reporting, and optimization.
Working Conditions
- This is an on-site position based at the Company’s Henderson, Nevada headquarters. Remote or hybrid arrangements may be considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Company policy.
- General office environment requiring frequent sitting; dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and mouse; walking and standing for periods of time; lifting of less than 20 pounds.
- Limited travel may be required to support key enterprise accounts, including in-person meetings, executive briefings, and industry events. The core marketing operations responsibilities of this role generally do not require travel.
