Field Sales Agent

Paysafe ISO is a dynamic and rapidly growing Independent Sales Organization dedicated to providing transparent, efficient, and flexible payment processing solutions to U.S.-based businesses. We empower merchants with competitive rates, state-of-the-art technology, and dedicated 24/7 support. We are seeking an ambitious, field-based professional to expand our presence in the San Antonio market.

• Territory Management: Systematically prospect, develop, and close new merchant accounts within the greater San Antonio, TX, area through active field-based sales and networking.
• Consultative Selling: Analyze a business's current payment processing statement and structure a compelling, data-driven proposal that highlights tangible savings and service improvements.
• Industry Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of payment processing industry trends, regulations, and competitor offerings (e.g., specific knowledge of interchange-plus, tiered, and cash discount programs).
• Client Onboarding: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and needs assessment through presentation, proposal delivery, contract signing, and initial onboarding.
• Build Relationships: Actively develop long-term relationships with local business owners and key decision-makers.

• Required: Minimum of 2 years of successful outside sales experience specifically within the merchant services, payment processing, or FinTech industry.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas in a highly competitive, commission-driven environment.
• Industry Knowledge: Must possess a strong technical understanding of point-of-sale (POS) systems, payment gateways, and merchant accounting software.
• Self-Motivated: Highly disciplined and results-oriented with the ability to manage a full sales pipeline independently.
• Local Market Expertise: Deep familiarity with the San Antonio business landscape is a significant advantage.
