Role Accountabilities
- Prepare finished products for shipment by wrapping, packaging, and staging materials in accordance with shipping requirements
- Unload enclosures and received materials and move them to designated cells or storage locations using approved handling methods
- Transport enclosures and materials safely to assigned work areas using overhead cranes and other authorized equipment
- Perform material handling activities including receiving, material movement, order fulfillment, cycle counts, and inventory discrepancy reporting
- Identify and report material control issues or inventory discrepancies through established reporting channels
- Operate power lifting equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts in accordance with safety and operating procedures
- Maintain organized and efficient work areas to meet 6S standards
- Observe work areas for unsafe practices, equipment malfunctions, and PPE compliance, and promptly report concerns to the Lead or Supervisor
- Provide temporary coverage for absent team members to maintain production continuity

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years' shipping experience
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and company box trucks
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated successful working relationships with clients, suppliers, and other internal and external contacts
- Demonstrated successful and positive personal leadership, interpersonal, organizational, administrative, and communication skills
- Demonstrated continuous improvement in areas of responsibility
- Availability to travel domestically and internationally, up to 5%, sometimes with limited notice
- Proficiency in English language, both oral and written
