Key Responsibilities
Material Test Report (MTR) & Documentation Control
- Pull and verify the correct MTR for each product shipped to customers.
- Contact internal departments or vendors to obtain missing MTRs.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and properly filed.
- Inventory & ERP Processing
- Learn and utilize the inventory control module and its functions.
- Process work orders into the ERP system accurately and in a timely manner.
Dispatch & Routing Support
- Create daily truck routes and adjust them as needed.
- Communicate with drivers to provide direction, updates, or changes to daily activities.
- Prepare driver manifests; ensure they are current, scanned, and properly filed.
Operational Support
- Collaborate with warehouse staff and management to support daily workflow.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of data entry experience, preferably with MTRs or document control.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Basic math skills and accuracy in data entry.
Job Type: Temp-to-hire
Pay: $17.50 per hour
