Payroll Partners Inc. is a rapidly growing Northern Kentucky based HCM (Human Capital Management) technology and service provider. Due to growth, our team is expanding and we’re looking for client focused professionals to join us during this exciting time! We currently have positions available for Client Service Professionals to provide support in the areas of payroll, time and attendance and payroll taxes.
The key areas of responsibility are being able to ask customers insightful questions which help us understand their unique needs and deliver proactive and timely payroll, time and attendance and tax solutions. Accurately collect and enter data into Workforce Ready and verify all payroll data and calculations. Must be tech savvy and client focused to properly troubleshoot client issues and respond to customer inquiries. Although not required, preference will be given to candidates who have experience in working with UKG Ready solution.
