What are the responsibilities and job description for the CSR - Customer Service Representative (Payroll / Part Time) position at Payroll Assure?
At Payroll Assure we believe the customer experience is essential to our success. We are looking for a Part Time Payroll Customer Service Representative to be involved in all aspects of our daily payroll processing.
We all participate in the day to day operations. Answering phones, processing payrolls, printing and packing. Every day is a little different, and we are looking for the right person. And you'll get to meet the company dog too.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Responsible for all aspects of quality client service. From entering a payroll for a client to assisting the client as they enter and process their payroll.
· Contact clients according to set schedules in order to obtain payroll data, including salary adjustments, special payments, tax allocations, and employee deductions or adjustments.
· Provide quality client service to maintain a high rate of client retention.
· Assist with Day End, Quarter End, and Year End processes and filings.
Requirements:
· High school diploma / GED
· Experience working in payroll preferred, but not required.
