We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

Job Description Summary:
This job independently collaborates within the organization to enhance the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of processes and programs. They operate outside of defined processes to determine appropriate actions while considering alternative solutions. This role operates within the global risk management organization governing strategic initiative investment, rationalization, and coordination amongst business operations peers and functional leaders.

Job Description:
Essential Responsibilities:

  • Independently plan and execute operational processes.
  • Collaborate internally to optimize workflows and drive process improvements.
  • Influence the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of business processes.
  • Determine appropriate actions while considering alternative solutions.
  • Provide oversight and support for planning and management of financial, budget, and headcount targets.
  • Act as a liaison between business leadership, staff, and other key partners.
  • Create, analyze, maintain, and report on performance measures and key performance indicators (KPIs).


Expected Qualifications:

  • 3 years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

In addition to the above responsibilities, more specifically this role will coordinate the investment of money into new initiatives that have not yet been incorporated into the broader governance structure of global risk management. They will support the integration of these initiatives into BAU (business as usual) governance processes starting from approval of the new initiative into the final integration into regular day to day operational and financial management of these activities.

They will work closely with business operations staff and functional leaders to govern the rationalization of those dollars, the tie-in to key results, and the assignment of workforce strategy against these new initiatives. The individual in this role may be expected to independently monitor and track the programs alongside project managers and may be expected to perform administrative activities such as submitting legal agreements, purchase orders, invoices, alongside solutioning issues across the business operations stack.

Qualifications:

3 years business operations experience

2 of those years must have been at an international enterprise supporting global efforts

Must have a demonstrated background in supporting at least one of these 3 pillars: Workforce Strategy, Business Operations/Administration (Purchase order, invoice management, legal contract coordination), Budget Management/Financial Governance

Demonstrated familiarity with smart sheets, confluence, MIRO, and other common business documentation/workflow tools

Demonstrated familiarity with enterprise project and program management

Background and skillset in Microsoft office suite products
