Senior Staff Experience Researcher

This job leads complex projects requiring an understanding of current business trends and user experience needs. They participate in problem resolution, applying functional expertise to enhance research methodologies. Collaborating with teams, they determine methods for new assignments, driving global process improvements while analyzing research data to identify trends that inform product development and user experience strategies. They also mentor team members in best practices for user research.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Develop clear objectives and priorities to deliver results and meet organizational goals
• Influence decision-making at the senior leadership level
• Perform the most highly complex research and insights using product knowledge and extensive business expertise
• Develop and deliver innovative strategies that benefit product users and customers
• Analyze research data to identify trends and insights that inform product development and user experience strategies.
• Design, evaluate, and select process, product, and service improvements based on thorough understanding of product needs and industry trends
• Mentor team members in best practices for user research and data analysis.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8 years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
