Essential Responsibilities:
- Operate aircraft safely and efficiently, adhering to all aviation regulations and company policies.
- Create and implement detailed flight plans, considering weather conditions, fuel requirements, and potential obstacles.
- Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections of aircraft systems and equipment, including engines, landing gear, and navigation systems.
- Coordinate with air traffic control personnel during take-off, flight, and landing to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage in-flight emergencies using problem-solving skills and comprehensive knowledge of emergency procedures.
- Ensure the comfort and safety of passengers by addressing their needs and communicating flight details.
- 10 years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 5,000 hours total flying time, including 2,000 hours turbine/multi-engine time.
- Certifications: Airline Transport Pilot (ATP)
- Medical Certification: First-Class Medical Certificate from the US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)
- Gulfstream G650 type rating highly preferred
