We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Field Engineer & Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the successful execution of our renewable energy projects, delivering them on time, within budget, and with the exceptional quality that defines PayOli. Key Responsibilities:
• Project Oversight: Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of residential and commercial solar projects from start to finish.
• On-Site Coordination: Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring timelines and quality standards are strictly met.
• Daily Operations: Responsible for the planning and execution of the daily operations plan, ensuring tasks are carried out accurately and in alignment with project objectives.
• Logistics & Supply Chain: Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment in compliance with specifications.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure all construction and system operations meet local/national codes and PayOli standards.
• Reporting: Prepare technical reports and documentation for the construction, operation, and maintenance of assigned systems.
Key Qualifications & Required Skills:
• Field Experience: 3 years of field experience in construction, preferably within the renewable energy or electrical sector.
• Project Management: Experience with tools such as Monday.com is highly valued.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with close attention to detail.
• Problem Solving: Strong technical troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to site challenges.
• Communication: Outstanding communication skills to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary, international environment.
• Language: 100% Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus given our regional partnerships).
• Authorization: Legal unrestricted work authorization or US Citizenship is required.
