Position Overview: We are seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. The position is open to candidates across North Carolina, with the option to work remotely. Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in personal injury cases, including but not limited to car accidents, slip
- and falls, and medical malpractice.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and ensuring clear understanding throughout the legal process.
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and manage case files.
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court hearings as necessary.
- Provide compassionate, client-focused legal counsel while maintaining a high level of
- professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Must be licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, while maintaining close communication with the team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Sharepoint) and case management software.
- Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred.
