What You’ll Do

As a Senior Tax Accountant, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality tax and financial services to a wide range of clients. You’ll manage multiple engagements, take ownership of your work, and collaborate directly with clients and team members.

You can expect to:

• Prepare and review a variety of individual, business, nonprofit, and trust tax returns
• Oversee clients monthly client accounting service delivery
• Assist clients with year-round tax planning strategies
• Prepare compiled or reviewed financial statements
• Research complex tax issues and draft clear, well-supported memos
• Help clients navigate IRS notices and audit responses
• Provide support with estate and trust planning
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who’s organized, curious, and motivated . You should be comfortable with client interaction and confident managing projects independently, while still being a strong team player.

Ideal qualifications:

• EA or CPA license (or eligible to sit for the exam)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master of Taxation is a plus
• 2-4 years of experience in public accounting
• Familiarity with UltraTax CS or other tax software
• Solid understanding of tax compliance for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and nonprofits
• Strong research and communication skills
• Ability to balance priorities and meet deadlines
