We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly at the front desk, ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Perform filing and maintain organized records for easy retrieval
- Support office management tasks such as supply ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Performing clerical tasks to support daily operations
- Assisting with various duties during tax season
- Accepting credit card payments
- Supporting the team with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Ability to multi-task efficiently in a busy office environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe
- Dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, and professional in appearance and communication
Position Details
- Full-time position with flexible scheduling outside of tax season
- Some overtime and occasional Saturdays required during tax season
