Payne Dolan is currently seeking a Professional Land Surveyor in

to Work by Employ Humanity. The Position: Under the direction of the

Director of Engineering, the Professional Land Surveyor will perform a

wide range of land surveying functions on projects throughout Wisconsin

And Upper Michigan. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Interacting With Clients

and co-workers to determine surveying scope of services to develop a

proposal. Researching public records to determine existing property

boundaries, easements and other property related land surveying

information. Perform a wide range of land surveys including boundary,

topographical and utility surveys and construction surveying. Prepare

land division instruments and survey basemaps using AutoCAD Civil3D.

Direct and review construction staking setup activities. Coordinate land

survey requirements (tasks, duties, budgets, schedules, etc.) with

internal team members and provide assistance to complete required tasks.

Mentor survey field staff to ensure best practices are followed. The
