Under the direction of the Asphalt Plant Manager, the Asphalt Plant
Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations associated with
asphalt plant supervision and asphalt production. In addition, will be
directing and coordinating the activities related to the production of
asphalt for internal asphalt customers and external customers. Safety \*
Lead, promote, and enforce safe work practices in compliance with
OSHA/MSHA regulations by conducting regular safety meetings, plant
inspections, and audits. \* Collaborate with safety and maintenance
teams to ensure a safe work environment for all team members. Quality
Control \* Analyze project technical specifications, create asphalt mix
designs, and develop operational BMPs to ensure that the materials and
