We are seeking an energetic and motivated Internet Sales BDC (Business Development Center) representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, engaging with online inquiries, managing the sales pipeline, and converting leads into satisfied buyers. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive sales and support dealership growth through effective outreach and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to online inquiries via phone, email, and live chat to generate interest in our inventory.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions, update customer information, and monitor sales progress.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer handoff.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, communication skills, and organizational skills to provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, outbound sales, or automotive sales is preferred; dealership experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software and marketing strategies.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Customer service experience is necessary.
