Payne Chevrolet Buick GMC is looking for a receptionist with a full time schedule.
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our organization, responsible for creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will utilize your core skills in customer service, phone etiquette, and organizational abilities to manage front desk operations efficiently. Your premium skills in handling multi-line phone systems and office management will enhance our communication flow. Additionally, your relevant experience with Microsoft Office and data entry will support administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations. Afternoon Schedule:
MTWRF : 2-8 PM
Saturday : 1-7 PM
Sunday: CLOSED
Responsibilities:
- Greeting all customers
- Guiding customers in the right direction
- Assisting management in clerical duties
- Managing licenses plates for customers
- Managing gas receipts for salesmen
- Keeping area clean
- Being attentive to surroundings

Qualifications
