**Qualifications:**
--Must be 21 years of age or older
-Must have a clean and valid driving record for the past 3 consecutive years.
-High school diploma or equivalent

**Responsibilities:**
- Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs
- Describe vehicle features and demonstrate operation of the vehicle
- Arrange test drives with customers
- Negotiate price and trade-in value for vehicles
- Close sales by overcoming objections; complete sales or purchase contracts; explain provisions; offer services, warranties, and financing options
