What You’ll Do
Lead by example on the sales floor… buying, selling, and assisting customers
Support daily store operations, including opening/closing responsibilities
Help train and mentor new team members
Build strong customer relationships and drive repeat business
Evaluate, test, and price consumer electronics
Negotiate deals while delivering excellent customer service
Ensure transactions, inventory, shipping and processes are handled accurately
Step in to help manage workflow, priorities, and team performance
What We’re Looking For
Strong knowledge of electronics (phones, laptops, gaming systems, etc.)
Comfortable with device testing, data wiping, and account removal
Experience using Windows, macOS, and basic tools like Excel/eBay
Natural leadership ability… someone who takes initiative and ownership
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to stay organized and perform in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Willingness to work across multiple locations if needed
Preferred (but not required):
Previous retail, sales, or leadership experience
Bilingual (Spanish)
