As a Customer Service Loan Specialist, you will be the face of the company, interacting daily with our customers both in-person and over the phone. In our small team environment, each person plays an important role in the company's success, supporting customers within the community in problem-solving and providing solutions to their financial needs.
Customer Service Loan Specialist Job:
- Assess customer’s loan needs and provide valuable solutions.
- Process new loans and manage communication regarding account status.
- Execute collection calls on overdue accounts.
- Work closely with other team members and Manager to obtain branch goals
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers in person and over the phone
- Maintain compliance with policies and procedures
- Customer Service Loan Specialist will also support Tax preparation
- Generate new sales leads through marketing and community networking.
