Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support new business and branch profitability
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers with questions, concerns, and product offerings
- Review customer credit and loan eligibility; process and prepare loan applications
- Make responsible loan underwriting decisions aligned with company guidelines
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
- Prepare daily branch bank deposits and transport funds when required
- Assist with account management, recovery efforts, and collection calls using a customer-focused approach
- Support branch operations by identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency
- Educate customers on all available products and services, including tax services
Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail, sales, or financial services preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet individual and branch goals
- Team-oriented, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn and grow
- Comfortable using computer systems and office software
