• You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding a $1.5M sales quota, ideally in home improvement or service industries.
• You excel in face-to-face B2C sales, helping homeowners transform their spaces.
• You have a valid driver’s license, active car insurance, and reliable transportation.
• You’re comfortable traveling up to 50 miles for appointments.
• You have an HIS license or are willing to undergo a background check to confirm it.
• You have experience working in commission-only roles, thriving in a performance-driven environment. (We are especially interested in candidates with a history of commission-only work over the past 3-5 years.)

• Utilize our systems to generate accurate quotes and close deals efficiently.
• Maintain client relationships and drive repeat business.
• Stay ahead of market trends and competitor offerings to sharpen your sales strategy.
