Job responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
- Process transactions accurately using the cash register and handle cash responsibly.
- Supervise stock levels, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and organized.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards.
Qualifications
- Customer Service a must
