We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team. Duties
- Greet customers upon arrival and assist with parking their vehicles in an orderly manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot, including ensuring that all vehicles are parked correctly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting guests as needed.
- Operate cash registers for any transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling.
- Assist with vehicle movement, including driving manual transmission vehicles when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor vehicle inventory and report any issues or concerns regarding the lot or vehicles.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math skills are advantageous.
- Valet parking experience is a plus, along with knowledge of dealership operations.
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles confidently.
