Lot Attendant

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service while ensuring the lot is organized and vehicles are handled with care. This position requires a proactive individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and is committed to enhancing the guest experience.

Duties

• Greet customers upon arrival and assist with parking their vehicles in an orderly manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot, including ensuring that all vehicles are parked correctly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting guests as needed.
• Operate cash registers for any transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling.
• Assist with vehicle movement, including driving manual transmission vehicles when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor vehicle inventory and report any issues or concerns regarding the lot or vehicles.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math skills are advantageous.
• Valet parking experience is a plus, along with knowledge of dealership operations.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles confidently.
