We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential to our daily operations, serving as a primary point of contact for clients and vendors and providing critical administrative support to our sales and management team. As the initial point of contact, you create a welcoming and professional environment for our clients. You will oversee front desk duties, perform administrative tasks, and support sales and management with enthusiasm and efficiency. Your proactive approach will keep our sales floor running smoothly, allowing our sales team to focus on delivering exceptional service and results. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
You need to be available to work on weekends. Our Saturday hours are from 10AM to 7PM, and Sunday hours are from 11AM to 6PM.
We are flexible with our schedule if you are a college student, offering both part-time and full-time options.
Responsibilities
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and courteously
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain organized records
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Support office management tasks such as supply ordering, mail distribution, and maintaining cleanliness
- Handle clerical duties including typing correspondence, managing files, and updating databases
- Provide support for special projects or administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent computer literacy and data entry skills with high accuracy and speed (typing proficiency preferred)
- Experience with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and customer support roles
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse client needs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous clerical or administrative experience in a professional setting is preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance
- Must have reliable transportation.
