About the Role
We're looking for a mid-level outside sales representative to generate new merchant accounts and maintain those relationships over time. This is a field-based role centered on prospecting and meeting local business owners in person. You'll earn upfront commissions on new accounts along with long-term residual income, so the accounts you open continue to pay out for as long as those merchants stay with us.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and meet with local business owners
- Identify opportunities to improve their payment processing setup
- Generate new merchant accounts
- Build long-term relationships and provide ongoing support
- Work alongside our onboarding and customer success teams to ensure a smooth client experience
Qualifications
- 2 years of outside B2B sales experience (merchant services, payments, POS, or SaaS preferred, but not required)
- Self-motivated and comfortable prospecting locally
- Enjoys building long-term relationships with business owners
- Professional, honest, and consultative sales approach
- Motivated to grow recurring residual income
