Duties
- Clean residential homes & businesses on a first time or recurring schedule independently
- Follow our structured cleaning system and checklist
- Vacuum, mop, dust, sanitize kitchens and bathrooms
- Communicate with team leaders and clients professionally
- Maintain a high level of quality and consistency
Skills
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and safety procedures (preferred)
- Reliable work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques
- Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is a plus but not required
