Responsibilities

• Safely operate Reach Trucks, Cherry Pickers, Dock Stockers, and other PIT equipment to move, load, and unload materials within the warehouse.

• Accurately pick and stage orders according to company standards.

• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs or safety concerns.

• Ensure proper handling of materials to prevent damage and maintain inventory accuracy.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to all safety protocols.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating Reach Trucks, Cherry Pickers, Dock Stockers, or other PIT equipment.

• Valid certification to operate powered industrial trucks (PIT).

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting performance targets.

• Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs as needed.

• Flexibility to work 2nd shift hours and occasional overtime when required.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
