Responsibilities
- Navigate and operate 54' Aquila Yacht safely and efficiently
- Oversee crew members and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Manage daily operations and maintenance of the vessel
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Conduct safety drills and training for crew
- Maintain accurate logs of operations and incidents
- Ensure the vessel is stocked with necessary supplies
- Collaborate with management to improve operational processes
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Boat Captain or similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Knowledge of maritime regulations and safety protocols
- Proficiency in rigging techniques
- Mechanical knowledge related to boat maintenance (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
- Valid captain's license
