Position Overview

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support packaging, product graphics, artwork updates, and brand implementation initiatives for a leading organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating multiple projects, managing timelines and approvals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple packaging, artwork, labeling, and product graphics projects.
• Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and approvals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Legal, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external designers, print vendors, agencies, and suppliers.
• Manage artwork revisions, proofing, documentation, and production-ready files.
• Ensure packaging materials align with brand standards and applicable labeling requirements.
• Maintain project records, track action items, and communicate project status.
• Identify errors, resolve workflow issues, and support process improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Business, Packaging, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in project coordination, packaging, graphic design, brand management, marketing operations, or a related area.
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with artwork development, creative workflows, approval processes, or production-ready files.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software is preferred.
